If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax. Please insure your return, should the package be damaged or lost in transit.

You Must First Request a Return Authorization Code (RAC) by e-mailing info@lilangelcouture.com within 7 days of Invoice Date.

When we receive your RAC request, we will send you and e-mail that obtains your RAC. This e-mail includes instructions on how and where to ship the item back. It’s that simple. Once your return is received by drm Creations, Inc., a credit will be processed to the credit card that you used to place your order. Please be aware it may take up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping Policy
All of our orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Please allow 5-7 business days for the item to ship. We will always send an email upon shipping your items. .

Back Orders
It is very rare that we have items that are temporarily oversold. However, if there is an item that is out of stock, we will send you the rest of the goods and the remaining item will follow within a couple of weeks
